Join astrologer and meditation practitioner Anna Hull on the Sunday before each new moon. She will guide the group through an intuitive meditation, journaling practice, and conversation to help attune us to the energy of this moon.
The meditation we will practice combines deep relaxation and guided visualization. This allows the mind and body to rest while the imagination and subconscious unfold new pathways.
The term 'moon centering' refers to the ancient practice of gathering in community and recalibrating ourselves to the rhythm of the moon. This event is free and open to all!
